I took this photo while I was a the resident photographer at the Badlaner night club in Missoula Montana. I love music just as much as I love to take pictures. I was there just about every night photographing the local bands. I got to know most of them very well and even became friends with some of them. They were also big supporters of my art.

This is really interesting because I’m also a big fan of music! What type of music do “The Hermans” play?

They have a unique style. I’m not sure that I can describe it. They have a biography out. It came out a couple years ago. Anyway, they are a local band from Missoula. A lot of really great bands play there. And they are very nice down to earth people who just happen to play great music. I think if you looked them up on myspace or even google I bet you’d find something.

PS: There’s plenty more where that picture came from. That was my main thing for a while, photographing bands. I’m thinking of doing book about the local bands in missoula. I need to do something with all those pictures.
